At SUNJOY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SUNJOY account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
